Throwing It Against The Wall

We have a short 5-6 minute podcast up. Nick and I are throwing it against the wall and seeing what sticks. It being the proverbial “ish”. This is basically a quick 5-6 minute awkward talk about money and advertising space on the podcast. We’re toying with the idea of launching 15 and 30 second ad spots advertising books and albums and anything else that people will pay us for. And to do it tastefully. Your thoughts and feedback would be appreciated.

Soularize Wrap Up??

Nick wraps up some of the Soularize weekend, yet he leaves it open for more snippets from the conference to appear here and there. Soularize will be making ‘Soularize in a Box’ shortly and it will be well worth the $20. Imagine the content of the conference in a box.

During the wrap up we met Christian McCabe, a recently married Bahamian who lives and works at the hosting church NPCC in Nassau.

Obviously the $20 doesn’t include the incredible moments like scooter rides, shark dives, aged rum, cuban cigars, conch salad, and meaningful 10 way discussions in hotel rooms late at night. For that you should show up in 2009.

New Podcast News

In addition to show notes, we are going to diversify our podcast page slightly. You may notice on the right we have an ongoing poll. Please take a second to vote. We are trying to upgrade the quality of the weekly podcast and in order to do that we need your input.

How long should our interviews be? You know Josh and Nick are good for about 5 minutes of incredibly witty banter, but after that when they bring on the guest how long does that time need to be. Let us know.
